Craig B. Clayton, Sr., is the Founder and Executive Director of the Equitable Workplace Institute. He is an experienced international consultant who has worked with CEOs, Corporate Boards, Executive Teams, and organizational leaders to improve corporate culture and build productive, inclusive teams.
